Cosmetic raw material sales manager (channel)
job description:
1. According to the company's annual sales target, formulate strategies and plans, and implement them after approval;
2. Establish and develop a channel network, responsible for the development, management and support of agents;
3. Maintain good interaction with the company's major customers, be able to keenly discover new trends in the market or customer needs and actively adopt corresponding countermeasures;
4. Be able to contribute opinions and suggestions from the perspective of customer needs in a timely manner, and participate in the solution work;
5. Work location: Shanghai.

job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in biology, chemistry, etc., with more than 6 years of relevant work experience;
2. Rich experience in raw material sales, with customer resources, channels and sales concepts, ideas and execution experience in the cosmetics industry;
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Strong strategic thinking and market insight, strong adaptability, able to work under pressure;
5. Familiar with antioxidants is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer relationship maintenance and project follow-up;
2. Development of new customers for existing products;
3. Promotion and sales of new products;
4. Market information collection and analysis;
5. Complete sales visit plan and report;
6. Guangzhou, Shanghai office;
job requirements:
1. Chemistry, biology and other related majors;
2. Familiar with cosmetic formulations and possess relevant professional knowledge;
3. Have experience in sales to major customers of cosmetic raw materials;
4. Have the social skills to establish good relationships, strong negotiation skills and market acumen, and be good at establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships;
5. Willing to accept challenges and adapt to business trips;
